8 Days Bwindi Gorilla Tracking, Queen Elizabeth Wildlife National Park and Kibale Holiday Package

Day 1: Entebbe - Kampala City
On arrival at the airport you will be picked and taken to your proposed Hotel in Kampala.

Exciting places you can visit include; Kasubi Tombs, Namugongo Martyrs Shrine, museum and many others. Dinner and overnight stay at Kampala Hotel/Lodge.

Day 2: Depart Kampala City to Bwindi National Park
Take breakfast and depart to Bwindi, which is around 8-hour drive. After Shopping at the craft village at the equator, we continue to Mbarara for lunch and later pass through the beautiful evergreen mountain country.

Arrive at Bwindi National Park late in the evening for dinner and overnight stay at Camp/Lodge.

Day 3: Bwindi - Gorilla Safaris
After Breakfast you leave with your packed lunch go for a briefing at 08:00 hours before beginning the trek. Gorilla tracking is unpredictable so you must be prepared for 2-8 hours long distance trekking in steep, rainy and muddy conditions before you encounter any gorillas.

An encounter with these giant primates will be your most cherished experience. Time spent with the gorillas is limited to one hour for conservation purposes. The ranger/guide will always brief you on how to behave with these gentle giants.

Later return for dinner and overnight stay at camp/lodge.

Day 4: Bwindi - Queen Elizabeth National Park
After breakfast you will be transfered to Queen Elizabeth National Park. The park is rich in birdlife and wildlife like mountain climbing lions. Then we return to camp/lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: Spend the whole day at Queen Elizabeth National Park
After Breakfast depart for an early morning game drive along the Kasenyi track which provides excellent opportunities to see Lions, Leopards, Giant Forest Hogs, Cape Buffaloes, Elephants, Defassa Waterbucks, Uganda Kobs, Topi and Bush bucks.

After lunch enjoy the unique 2-hour boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel and into Lake Edward. This trip passes through possibly the highest concentration of Hippos and many animals may be seen drinking at the water's edge.

Enjoy a wide variety of birdlife with well over 550 resident species recorded making it a magnet for bird watchers. Dinner and overnight stay at camp/lodge.

Day 6: Depart from Queen Eliazabeth National Park to Kibale Forest National Park
After Breakfast you may choose to explore Kyambura Wildlife Reserve driving through grassland area. Trek into Kyambura River Gorge for an extra ordinary experience tracking chimpanzees.

it's a lucrative experience not only to see the chimpanzees but also to see the gorgeous river valley that houses numerous birds and butterfly species then transfer to Kibale National Park, a proclaimed home of Primates. Dinner and overnight stay at Camp/Lodge.

Day 7: Spend the whole day Tracking Chimpanzees at Kibale Forest National Park
After breakfast we shall drive to Kibale Forest National Park which is known for the highest number of primate species in Africa. The activity starts from 8.00am in the morning. 2-3 hours search for chimpanzees and other primates including phoestes, Red-Colobuses, Blues, Red-tailed and grey cheeked Mangabeys swinging through the dense forest and birds, butterflies and many small insects.

This walk is excellent for viewing bird life and primates in close quarters. A visit to Bigodi swamp eco-tourism site is amazing, as you shall encounter rare and beautiful flora and fauna. Lunch, Dinner and overnight stay at Camp/Lodge.

DAY 8: Depart from Kibale Forest National Park to Kampala City
Depart from Kibale Forest National Park to Kampala City with lunch en route. Dinner and overnight at your proposed Hotel.
